Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for them, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use general methodologies, tools, and know-how developed during engagements.
When you provide us with content, data, or materials to use in delivering our services, you represent that you have the right to share that content with us and that it does not infringe any third party rights.
We will use client content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to complete the work.
Payment terms for services are set out in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
All fees are in US dollars. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a services engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services immediately if these Terms of Use have been violated.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
